Just been looking at Blowdog's site, and he's got some pics of the grasshopper pup in surrey where he went to a skyline meet. Looks like a really nice place, huuuuuggggge car park.
anyone got an address/postcode/website for this place?
just curious as it could make an ideal meet venue, hell ,if the pub is busy we could setup a marquee in the carpark

We had a meet there once before...waited over an hour for a table, in the smallest bar imaginable then gave up and went to McD's outside Sevenoaks...wouldn't recommend it except for on very sunny days.
(PS a public apology to BD whom I said I'd meet at the Grasshopper/Skyline meet..got caught up in family duties and couldn't make it, sorry

ahhhh! that rings bells! ig westerham then well near me. Thought that it'd be miles away as it's in surrey, but it's just over the border as it were.

you're spot on mate. checked it out, as in drove by it, last night, that is one huuuuugggggeee car park. did not go in so not sure what inside is like, but wonder if we could abuse the car park

If you fancy an interesting night out with lots of, let say 'older people', the Grasshopper is the place for you on a Friday night. You have to be over 30 and dress with shirt and tie.

If you wish to meet a person in the 30-50 bracket for more than just coffee, then the hopper is the place to go !!!!! Happy sharking all

Markus, The GTR BBS gang had 2 meets there recently one in Nov and a Chrimbo one on the 22nd Dec, both were on a Saturday and you will have no problems or queues sitting down for their carvery.
Food is fantastic and if you ring and mention there is a car club/party coming they will reserve you a big table/tables and if theres enough of you they'll even fence off part of the car park, as the did for our Chrimbo bash 50 seats and 35 odd Skylines plus 5/6 other mad vehicles.
