Darren

try Paul @ http://www.zenperformance.co.uk/. Very good service & cracking prices imho. I think he quoted Sara Squares a good deal on her Sport so flash a little leg, you never know his persuasion (sp?)

Will give them a ring. Had a look on their site and found there prices in a PDF file and seem to be about 200 quid cheaper.

Thanks for your PM.

I know 550 on a sport. The garage I phoned up was Quenbys, in Baldock (where my dad got his Sport and WRX from). I spoke to the quy in the service part (down the road) he had to get back to be as to make sure he quoted me correctly...more like he saw me comming

going to call Zen and see what they say.

Whats this garage in St. Albans?? is it in Hatfield Road?

take it to St Albans car clinic. its at the bottom of London Road. go past the old cinema, thats on your right then over a mini roundabout and its on your right, its down a very steep slope, there are always lots of scoobie there, they are a performance garage. here is the number...01727 867747.
i bought my own parts from Bennets for under £50 and the service was £90

St. Albans Car Clinic

They use to or possibly still do trade under the name S.C.C, they are in the premises where P.T.S used to be before they moved to Luton. A friend used to use them till he found out they p1ssed in the screen wash bottle of a car they were meant to be looking after?.

You decide, you could always try Power Engineering, i'm under the impression they're under new managment.

Darren the problem is you have to make up your own mind, everyone has different experience's with different companys, ask Richard RMS555 on Herts he uses someone up in Hertford i think.

Try Risboro 4x4 in Princes Risborough (near Aylesbury, he's an independent Subaru specialist and knows his stuff). He has looked after my car for years and done a very good job of it (even though I'm an awkward sod and need lots of non-standard buits making up for my car ). Give Dave (or Michelle) a ring on 01844 274652

If you are coming from Harpenden, Princes Risborough is 34 miles, Wellingborough is 51, according to Autoroute anyway

More than likely, that a direct route ~ striaght line. I know Wellingbrough is approx 50 miles and as I used to travel to Rushden and it is easy to get to.
Aylesbury, I don't know? Never really been there.

Plus I think Zen looks to have a good reputation.

darren, there is nothing wrong with ST Albans car clinic, they are a performance garage and work on scoobs all day long and its only 5 miles from you, and as you dont have a turbo you done need to pay over the odds

There is a food wagon opposite or you could ask if they can run you into town maybe?
