Hi
Don't think i'll be able to make this one ...
My car's going in for a new clutch that afternoon and i don't want to **** my flywheel anymore than it already is.(Serious Judder..)..
On the last one I managed to crack my windscreen again! + put a big hole through one of my side lights....! (Will hopefully have some large flaps fitted shortly!)
$hit happens! I'll be there for the next one though

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one either!!
Nice pics of the racing James, when's your brother going to put the clang n ball ones up...or send them to me and I'll put some up! (looked like you were going well until you binned it Kris..what happened? -hope the damage wasn't too bad!)
I picked up some stone damage on the last run too...think I'll follow you with your mud flaps next time

*might* make this one. dunno.
On a serious point, we might want to postpone it due to foot and mouth.
I've just found out (19:11!) that my office, which is on a farm, is very, very close to the F&M case in horsmonden and also an unannounced one in lamberhurst, thus I'm worried about wether I'll be getting into the office tomorrow morning, so I'm in the middle of shifting kit about.
Seriously though, we run through the countryside and as kent it just about to get the $hit kicked out of it by F&M we might find the roads closed. But I think we should also consider not doing the run to try and help to prevent the spread of the virus. Call me a stupid old sod (you stupid old sod ) but I really don't want to be responsible for $hitting on some poor farmers livelyhood.
On another note.
Lydden Hill - hmmm, scooby track day possiblity? where exactly is it in Kent? where is it near? anyone got a map they could post?

Can't make this one as I'm skiing, but anyway have always been accused of being a threat to animals with or without F&M due to Irish/Welsh background so I guess that they'd be F....d anyway .
Seriously I think that Markus has a point as I wouldn't want to arrive into a friendly local police roadblock at an unfriendly rate of knots( or b4 anyone else says it backwards with the formation ice dance team of Bushell & co) .
Kris
Nice gravel rash - I guess that makes you a real Biker now.

OK I think Markus has a point..kris...f&m is transmitted by the air but if u got past an infected area that infection can get onto your tyres, your clothing etc you then go past an unifected area and you take the infection with you! or vice versa any responsible people would consider this fact! and IF markus goes i certainly wont be going with him as i have to think about the people i work around and farms i go near i cant even take my dog to the woods for a walk so tearing through the countryside would seem a little irresponsible!

I think the sugestion of the run not happening due to foot and mouth outbreak is a load of bull****!! If we use the reasons given above, then the whole country would come to a standstill. I really do feel for the farmers and their families, but us not enjoying ourselves on ea Sunday morning isn't going to help them one little bit.

Ok ...... The time of the meet will be the normal 6.30 am. The place of the meet will be the normal ESSO garage on the A21 just next to Jct 4 M25 at Pratts Bottom. I would expect the route to be towards Brighton.
Can you let me know if you are comming by replying on this thread ( e mail playing up still) below. If we get enough numbers I`ll let the cafe know and maybe he can open up a bit early......
cheers
