Sout West meet - 11th Feb
#1
Next South West meet was due on the 3rd Feb, but due to the recent Exmoor run we have decided to push this forward another week to the 11th.
As usual, format is, 12 noon for munching, 12.30 - 1 pm for a natter and some tyre kicking. The only thing we can recommend is the carvery. (don't forget the Yorkshires)
Points of discussion will be when to run the next Exmoor.
We are certainly Wife/girlfriend/Kids friendly.
See you there.
Steve.

Hi all,
Sorry cant make it as it is Megans 1st birthday. Leda's might have to take a back seat as my car was Vandalised last night. Not sure whether it was at Bridgewater or Weston. B#####s screwdrivered the door and the roof with much bigger dents than the one left on the bonnet which you saw last week. So it is not just a front end spray now. I'm glad i didnt see them do it as i dont fancy doing time at the moment.
Hope the meet goes well.
Steve, would like to try yours with Leda sometime.
Bob, hope the brake change goes ok.
Dave, As it is saturday, how is your hangover!!

Nick,
I was karting at Bridgewater and at curry gardens in Weston. Dont think ill get much change out of £800. My excess is £400 so not sure whether to claim or not.
Turned out to be an expensive evening!

If you were at the karting track on the industrial estate in Bridgwater, I think your car should have been ok there. The track is away from pub routes & schools. I'd plump for the car parking at Weston where you had the damage done.
Bad luck.

Brakes still bedding in, but they feel much better from cold. Just done a few high speed stops and they feel just as good as the previous set up, and working from cold must be a good thing. The dust just wipes off with only water

Dave,
By the look of your eyes today at lunchtime, i'm suprised you could even write in the state I think you were in at 03.20 !
Thanks to everyone for turning up today, before I post a thread re a Exmoor VI, could I gauge the availability of everyone for Sunday 8th April ?
