Beaulieu Motor Museum Fireworks Spectacular - 29th October
That time of year again
I'll do the same again, order group tickets and then we can all meet up for the fireworks and maybe a convoy and lunch before hand
For those who havn't been before this is a spectacular event, the fireworks are all set to music and there's a fayre, Music from a bizarre local radio station and of course you can get in from 3pm onwards giving you a good chance to look around the Motor Museum and the House/Abbey (this shuts at 5pm) etc. A great Hants Scoob Social tradition I wouldn't want to miss
Let me know asap if you want to come and how many tickets, I'll be booking the tickets on Monday the 17th at the latest, Write here, PM me or e-mail jendiscobob@yahoo.com, I'll collect money at the Social on Monday or you can give it too me on the day/post me a cheque whatever
Ticket Prices for the group booking (15 or more) are £1 cheaper than advanced:
Adult: £6.50
Child: £3.50
Family: £20 (2 Adults, 3 Children or 1 Adult and 4 Children)
Alternatively, if you like to pay on the day the tickets are:
Adult: £9
Child: £5.50
Family: £25 (2 Adults, 3 Children or 1 Adult and 4 Children)
Details from the Beaulieu Website below:http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/motormuseu...splay&Event=19
Beaulieu’s annual Fireworks Spectacular takes place on Saturday 29th October with an explosive and dynamic firework display. This year’s event, celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, is set to classical and contemporary themed music.
In addition to the fireworks and traditional bonfire there are all the usual favourites to enjoy, including complimentary admission to the National Motor Museum, the Beaulieu Rides & Drives and old-time fairground rides and sideshows at good value extra charges.
You will also have the chance to see Beaulieu’s latest exhibition ‘Weird Cars’, a collection of innovative and eccentric three and four wheeled vehicles. The display includes the 1957 Aurora, which is said to be one of the ugliest cars ever built and the striking Ford X-2000 concept car.
The Firework Spectacular
Proposed schedule of events is as follows; to be confirmed.
3.00 pm. National Motor Museum, Palace House and Gardens, and Abbey will be open. Beaulieu Rides and Drives, Old Time Fairground Rides and Sideshows open - please note good value extra charges will apply to all rides and drives from this time.
5.00 pm. Palace House and Abbey and Exhibition will close.
6.45 pm. Wave 105’s afternoon presenter live on the Wave Zone
7.00 pm. Lighting of the bonfire and then...
7.30 pm. The South’s most spectacular firework display.
Afterwards the Fairground entertainment continues together with the Monorail, Remote Controlled Cars, Simulator and Wheels. Please note that the evening will conclude at 9.30pm.
Thanks,
Jen

Free BTTT for you, before it disappears to page 2 !
Oh and could I have 4 tickets please - sounds excellent
I'll meet you there coz I'll be coming from the other direction.
Thanks
PS I know someone who works there and have asked about getting a Scooby only parking area allocated for everyone - not convinced it'll happen, but I'm trying

No joy with the parking - sorry
They recon if we turn up at 3pm, we'll get in the main car park.
So turn up later if you want to park on the damp grass in a field, for donut practice
