getting a little put off by all of bad feeling inter club
i think this is all getting a bit out of hand all if the inter club sniping .
when i bought my scooby i was quite blown away with the following and the amount of clubs
like most i joined the sidc and started going to meets. im from southend way but to start with i
when to dal's flat 4 club where i met tiny robroy mark rb5 and was welcomed there was a
good vibe this was the same with the kent meet at the F1 cafe on Friday evening with HOL and
pele also the halfway house meet phil, nate (to meny people to name)
i like to go to as any meet that is scooby related this is going to become hard if this all gets out
of control
so pack it in !!!!!!!!!!! please, friendly digs withstanding
as for people talking about getting violent have a reality cheque mate!!!!
other wise meets like j.a.e. are going to be a nightmare
sign in if your tired if IT... just in it for the fun
scoobynet is a top way of keeping in touch
this is not just a essex scooby crew post!

i totally agree with you on this but would like to add that
the lighthearted banter and digs that are mixed up between
the lists of names helps to make the thread a bit less formal
and stuffy. These exchanges of mild abuse and inuendo have
helped me to become a regular attendee at ESC events even
though i live in bucks
i have had some of my posts erased and would like to appologise
to anyone who may have been offended by what i typed
i feel that without the odd one liner thrown in this will become
a very boring and mundane forum
i hope this will be allowed to continue in moderation

Rhybeck has got a point, friendly banter is one thing, but there has been instances when things have got out of hand, which is no good for anybody!!
mind you, it is fun when you get the "purists" going!!, mention flamers, VTA dump valves and graphics, and they not only take the bait, they take the hook, line, sinker, rod, banksticks and your bivvy too

Hey guys as far as surrey scoobies are concerned we love the scooby scene and will attend all meets whatever the banter may be, live and let live is what we say, opinions are like buttholes, everyone has one get on with it and dont give a **** what anyone else thinks

it is true there is no need for anybody to get that way, im in 3 clubs and im in it to meet other people and have a giggle, mess about joke about but nothing to harm anybody

Enjoyed meeting some new people today at the Half way house meet in ESSEX !
Dont care which clubs you all belonged to ! Everyone seemed to be enjoying being there !
Especially P1Dave who provided the entertainment for the day
