I don't know how long it's been going on, a few of us are going to go over there and see if we can enter the race, sorry road rally, what's in a name?
Some of those cars will look mint as rally cars, a Talbot Sunbeam won the world championship in the past, know it all.

I wouldn't get your hopes up too much scoobymental.
Apart from the fact this event is full + reserves, it is a proper MSA approved event. Firstly does your car have a roll cage? and other safety devices which are required to run? Do you have competition insurance? Do you have an MSA race license? Are you a member of a motorclub? The list goes on and on.
That's not to say if you join a motorclub and find out what goes on you could do an event after the car has been modified etc, they are always looking for new blood.
Don't be fooled by the cars you see on the list. Have you tried AVERAGING 60MPH down a back lane at 3AM with muddy lanes for grip?
A large proportion of this type of event is on Navigational skills of the Co-driver.
The competitors don't know the route until the last minute and have to navigate from point point.
