As we all know it is getting towards that time of year where the big fellow in the red suit emptys his sacks all over the place!!! Well this year down in the sticks of Surrey i thought we could all leave the sleighs behind for once & have a night out on the town (or country) for a spot of festive cheer (& of course plenty of booze) The location i have thought of is The Mill At Elstead, nice place, it is between Godalming & Farnham on the B3001. i will post up the menu & price if everyone is happy with the location?
Lets start this one off for next year???

Well of course you can Andy, i will be!! I will pop into the Mill at some point this week & see how far in advance we will have to book & i will then get final numbers.

Nice one chaps, the more the merrier!! G nice to see you are up for this. It will be a change not to be in the motors, which will be handy for me as the Scoob is coming off the road until next year for a bit of surgery!! Miserable sod indeed....what can i say, it's just not the same as when i was a kid....and this year both my sisters are loved up so won't be around much, and my folks have recently split up, but still living in the same house...talk about tense atmosphere so i'd rather be working for double time!!

Hi all, havn't been around for a while, cars gone bang, but xmas is good excuse for spending money and getting bits for it so will be back on the road in the new year.
Wouldn't mind coming down with the other half to catch up depending on date.

Sorry i didnt pop down last night guys, just that having the hurse off the road is doing my head in, i am stuck in a £300 Pug 205 Gti 1.9 @ the mo!!! Fun & all that but my god forgot what front wheel drive cars are like?? scares the pants off me on corners i used to take at silly speeds in the scoob!!! Still its transport. Anyway some dates to ponder over for our dinner, 26th,27th of November, 3rd, 4th, 10th, & 11th of December. They are all Friday & Saturdays.

Right my little scooby nutters the date for our stella driven knees up!!! I have decided on the 4th of December as its the closest one to my birthday as well as christmas. Hello all i had a phone call from the Mill today & it seems as they overbooked, The new date is th 11th of December which is the following saturday!! If this is ok can you all please let me know??? Oh I think a wednesday meet will have to be on the cards for this week coming as they require a £10 deposit from all of us & our choice of menu (veggie or meat) please can you all help me out on this as it will be worth the wait!!
