Finally arrived back from a 2 week break in Perranporth and Hendra Newquay.

Was surprised how friendly you lot are from down there.

Also not sure if your on here but thanks to the guy who invited me on a scoob cruise........I do belive it was the Shell Garage in Truro were you spoke to the missus. Would have loved to tag along but we left for home Friday evening.

I was in the Dark Blue Classic all stickered up.

Bummer! I`m trying so hard to organise a scoob cruise down here, if i knew u were down we could have gone for a drive! And if the bloke ure talkin about is reading this could he contact me with reguard to gettin some scoob drivers down ere to actually meet up!!

Ok mate, thanks for the invite! I`m really trying to get some meets arranged in Cornwall though, as for me it`s a 60+ mile trip to get to Plymouth area, and as we all know a scoob aint the cheapest car to run! There gotta be some ppl up for a Cornwall meet!?

Yeah i know what you mean buddy, with these thirsty beasts it can take it out of you. On the other hand if you have it why not drive it!

We normally meet in Cornwall to some extent whether its Newquay, Jamaica inn or Bude so if you come up you'll still get to meet us all, have a good meal and perhaps kick some people into sorting out another cornish meet. Either way hope to see you soon, perhaps we'll sort out one in your area (Whereabouts are you?)

I have heard a rumour that Colin McCrae will be there,(at the BBQ) After the Paris/Dakar he said he likes the feel of sand between his toes. I know he`s a miserable bast*rd but I sure after a while he will get into the swing of things! Its just a rumour tho!

I would love to come up for a meet, but it`s just a bit too far, I got enough of a problem fueling the thing at the mo! I live about 8 miles past Truro, if you have any meets in Newquay or up at Jamaica Inn, let me know!
