Earthing mod party
#1
As the local mob will know I have done the earthing mod and have cable and lugs left over.
So how about a small get together of those who fancy having the mod done.
I have decided on Saturday 28th June at my place. We can probably do 5 cars at once. This will mean some of you mechanically minded people to give a hand.
I managed to add 6 cables to mine without need to add a different clamp but if you feel you need a new clamp you will have to bring your own.
Those of you interested can you e-mail me and I will give you details of how to get to my place.
Cheers Paul

I saw the "road angel" life subscription on their own website.
The earthing mod is adding extra cables to the important parts of the engine bay to achieve a better electrical circuit.
I think that explains it simply enough

Was toying with a twin pipe system, thought of borowing the TT rear box with a custom made front & a sports cat but the spare wheel well gets in the way. Hayward & Scott are developing systems for the Skoda on behalf of a company who are currently known for Subaru performance parts (interesting or what) but they recon a twin pipe will need too much plumbing & therefore be restrictive, also the system they propose comes at the usual H&S price so it looks like a one off is needed. I have been quoted about 400 + the cat. Anyone know anyone worth trying, I wondered about Janspeed as they now build all the Scoobysport exhausts. Anyone had any dealings with them direct ?????

I would be up for this guys but playing golf in the New Forest until about 6pm.
If there's loads of kit left over I'd happily chip in and do it myself at a later date?

As if you get in the way Jen. Well only on the road in your "turbo look-a-like" .
If people stagger their arrival times then we can manage a few more.
Join the party, the more the merrier.
