STI @ 21

Hi all, going to be taking ownership of a 2003 silver STI and I can't wait. Just wondering when the nearest meet or event is going to be, to when I get it. Should be driving around in my new car from the 13th June, but at the latest 18th. Any news on up and coming events would be great, otherwise I will just keep an eye on this board. Hope to meet you all soon, and have some great times in the future with the cars

West Sussex Meet - First Sunday of the month
Surrey Meet - Second Sunday of the month

There are others, but I don't know when they happen

Use to live in Croydon, but have just moved out to Downe, out the back of biggin hill, and close to Orpington junction of M25.

There is a not so regular meet around the Sevenoaks area, look out for posts in the Southern forum with ScoobySnax in the title!

Also check out the IOW post, a load of us are off to the Isle of White in September, always a good laugh.

Cheers for the info about the rolling road, think I might just let the car settle in a bit first, its only done 144 miles at the moment, can't wait to get in it again, reckon I'll be at the meets, and I'll try and drag my brother down, who owns a P1 as well. See you all soon

I wasn't suggesting that you run!! Give it a couple of thousand miles first!

Although it is a good way to meet other owners, see gains by different modifications, hear differnet exhaust systems, etc.

yeah not a bad idea, just getting ahead of myself, can't wait to get the foot down and here the dump valve whoosh. Should be at most of the meets, as I am a student and haven't got much to do on the old summer hols.
