Hi Nick

Got my car from them 2 years ago,did me a reasonable part-ex and Kevin the sales manager was helpful & friendly.

However,i had a few problems with the car not long after, battery needed replacing !!!,and then i had trouble with the alarm & after weeks of trying to get them to sort it(no joy in the end),so i gave up.Haven't been back there since & was a little bit disappointed by the after sales service, needless to say it was my first Scoob & i had expected & hoped for more in a dealership flying the"Subaru"flag than your average other car manufacturer dealership.

Obviously this is of my opinion & maybe things are different now & i'm not biased in any way.

Hope this helps.

Nick - I bought a UK300 with PPP from Vale Motors about 10 days ago and they were sound as a pound IMHO ... were efficient, helpful and pleasant

No complaints here at all, dealt with a Sales guy called Nick

Cheers

Hi again Nick,

I do get around abit, especially on 'ere tryin to"stir up the natives"as one might say !

I'm from Cornwall(Regional organiser) but originally i'm a"Brummie",not lost the accent yet

As u've gathered this is a"great"car"community"on this web site & u learn lots.Everyone i've met so far are a great bunch !

Hope see u at some Event/gathering somewhere?

Enjoy the P1 & glad u happy with Vale.

Cheers Duracell

Just had my piston slap sorted by them, I agree with Ron they don't always phone you back, but thats seems common for car delearships.

I sorted all my stuff out through the service guy called Ed, very happyful but I bit of nightmare for booking stuff in as they are quite busy
