They are all ready for us - asked roughly what kind of numbers we're looking at too which i replied "we have over 500 already but if it's a nice day we could reach more than last years numbers ".
Food wise...they've done us a one-off menu - bangers and mash, several different baguettes, steak, chilli-concarni, chips with all sorts of things.....usual pub grub. They are also doing 25% discount off their usual prices as a special deal for us.
Parking wise, they will be going around 1 or 2 local houses just to put a bit of tape up against places we can't really park....just to ensure we don't annoy any locals (although, he said last time alot of the locals went round and had a good look anyway).
He also notified the Police several months ago (at their request), so they know about the event - so expect the police to at least drive though a few times...if not have a permanent presence.
I also confirmed that the start time will be 11.30 am - so please do not turn up before then.
So, we're all sorted.
Keep an eye on the weather....if it's raining, the meet will go on regardless - so please don't let that put you off.
Feel free to copy this message onto your forum so that everyone knows the score (infact, i'd encourage it).

There's a convoy meeting up at the Monkey Puzzle Pub in Chessington - apart from the CTR's, I think there'll be a few more vartieties of jap machinery dominating the car park.
Meeting up at 10am, give everyone about an hour to arrive, and then leave by 11 to get down there.
load of guys are going from maidstone way, meeting at castle lake pub M20 J4 leaving at 10am sharp so we should meet you guys on the M25,
several evos, pulsars, skylines so keep your eyes out for them guy's
A272 runs from Winchester all the way pretty much to Bolney and its a cracking road. Tesco would make a good rendezvous point.

Chaps, last year as you know it was really busy and there nearly a pile up when people suddenly realised that this was the turning off the A23!
I had a look at the map and it may be wise to go down to the next junction (might be the Haywards heath one) and come over the A23 and then back up to Bolney, you can also park on this same road.
The way I see it is most people will be coming from the "north" end so will all try and get off at the first Bolney junction, or come off at the junction before the main one.
