I can only speak for the SIDC as we haven't at this stage spoken to either Flat Four or Scoobycity
JohnB@sidc.co.uk is dealing with our booking I'm sure we can tie up perhaps both clubs could speak to either me or John if they are interested in doing this.
Why don't you pop along to the Halfway House meet on the 13th and meet some of the other lads
btw Flat Fours Meet is the following week at the Plough on the Old A130 if you want to speak to them about Japfest

THIRD AND FINAL TRACK SESSION NOW SECURED AND AVAILABLE IN THE SHOP
Admission tickets close on the 18th April after that its £10 on the gate and parking with the plebs

SIDC's allocation sold out completely at the weekend

We have managed to secure a limited number of additional tickets on a first come first served basis
Available online for SIDC members [£4.50] and Non SIDC Members [£5.00] both plus VAT

I think Rob is just trying to ensure that the car passes requested from John catch up with the event tickets. I've also emailed John but currently just hoping pass/tickets come together.
