For a Power run,
Eagle 7,
Sideways,
M18use,
Fuzz,
The Max STI,
Snowcrash,
WRX Baker,
Drexel,
Duracell,
Andy Scoobynut,
Tazman,
T3RBO,
Chu,
Bruce,
Pickle,
Turboteeth,
N_Collins,
Kingjai,
Springbok,
Bob Gray,
Babber, 2 runs for himself
Ben (Black Beast) Babbers mate.
Darren (Mouse and Sideways old car), Babbers mate.
Webster.

So if my maths is correct that makes 25 for the power run.

And for the bump steer,
Duracell,
Andy Scoobynut,
Tazman,
Snowcrash.

As a reminder it's,
Saturday 4th January at Powerstation in Cheltenham.
Power run is £25 (Cash), 30 cars max.
Bump Steer is £120 + VAT, 4 cars max.

Webster, Re time. I haven't confirmed with Powerstation yet the time but to get 30 cars done in a day I would guess it would have to start at 9AM sharp. I am going to write them a letter just to confirm our booking etc and prices.

Babber, Re how many runs.
Only one per £25 i'm afraid so if you want to do 2 that's £50. Although they noramlly charge £40+Vat I believe for 1 run so if you look at it that way you will be getting 2 for the price of 1

I guess we could have a bit of a convoy on the way up, how about meeting at Gordano services, same as for the rally day? Any of the Bristol guys kow how long it would take to get to Powerstation from Gordano?

I see a bit of banter has started my cars got more BHP than yours . How about you guys send me an e-mail with the perfomance mods you have an I'll stick them next to your name above. Mine is easy, MY00, UK Turbo, bugger all mods so 215BHP unless Subaru are telling porkies.

Cheers, Grahame.

Eagle 7,
Sorry to hear about your job Dale, it seems like anyone remotely working with anything in electronics is in **** creak at the moment. I have 2 friends at Nortel in Paington who will find out in 2 weeks if they have a job or not.
Give us a bell if you want to pop around for a coffee and a PS2 game or 2.

Thursday's update on runners and riders.

Thanks for the replies saying who doesn't mind running later, I'll try and put a running list together, with the distance people have travelled in mind.

Hopefully the list is upto date, sorry Si for ageing your car by 3 years, hope it doesn't affect the re-sale value

We still have 2 places left for the power run if you know anyone who may be interested, doesn't have to be a scoob.

For the Bumpsteer we have 4 confirmed places and one reserve.
The list was done in date order to make it fair.
T3RBO, Duracell is checking with PS to see if is going to have the mod done or not, so you may be able to get in.

Hi Lee, No probs I'll put you on the reserve list.
Have you seen the meet that Duracell has organised for this Sunday, thread is on here somewhere.
Hi Alan, Good to see you have finally seen sense and got away from those Fords for a bit You won't remember me but I used to have a MK3 Golf GTI which you looked after for me. I brought my silver MY00 scooby to you earlier in the year when I got it just for a check over. Real shame you don't have a 4WD as I live about 2mins away from your garage. Someone mentioned Interpro were the closest but where expensive and also some said not so good.
Cheers, Grahame.

Saturday's update on runners and riders.

OK we now have 30 cars for the power run, and 4 for the Bumpsteer.
I have also started a reserve list should anyone drop out by Jan 4.

Lee (wrx.co.uk) my apologies mate. I did send out a general e-mail about this as well as obviously posting this thread. I have just checked my distribution list and your e-mail address wasn't on it. Again my apologies, would have been nice to have more local guys along. You are first on the reserve list.

As Duracell has said it seems very hard to get any new faces along, and I know he has put a lot of effort into trying. Anyway you are first on the reserve for the power runs.

Damm you pesky kids, if you are trying to confuse me and my spreadsheet you are doing a great job

Update on runners and riders.

Power run.
I haven't heard from Rob, The Max STI (3 e-mails sent). So as his car is U/S I have taken his name off the list.
Scoobybuzz has sold his car so he is off the list as well.

So that put's Bob Gray's friend with the trophy 160 on the list and he has confirmed he wants the place.
And Babber yes you are a pain in the **** As he was on the list and one space is avalable, I'll put Ben with the Evo 6 back on the list, mines a pint

So that should still be 30 for the Power run. I will be putting an e-mail distribution list together this week and sending out an e-mail to all on the list. When it goes out please confirm you still want your space, and a friends if you have put them on the list.

Can anyone recommend a 4WD rolling road place in the south west. I'm in Devon and would guess the closest would be in Bristol?

OK, looking good on the numbers then.
When would be better, November or January (think december would be busy for most).
If you guys can give me an idea of numbers I'll give them a ring on Monday to see when is free. When I spoke to the guy yesterday he said it was £40 just for a power run.
Let me know who is interested. Cheers, Grahame.
