Phil Tildrige from Winchester City Council has called and informed me that Emission testing and Road Safety Checks on Vehicles are being carried out in Winchester today. The Police are in charge of this operation and if you have any enquiries please direct to PC Hemingway at North Walls.
Alex - guess you can get rid of this after today, thought this may be the most appropriate place to put it even though it isn't technically a meet... Jen
