Simmo,

According to my Shell book there's a couple of places round your way that sell Optimax, which is the same octane rating (or greater) than SUL. These are:

- Chippnham Motors Ltd, Bristol Rd, Chippenham.
- Westaways Garage, A368 Marksbury,Bath.

IIRC last time I was down there the Texaco at Chippenham sold unleaded.

Got home on fumes this evening as i thought the local esso sold it but no.so put just a fiver of normal ul in.

Shell garage on the A46 heading into bath (pennsylvania) sells optimax and is very cheap.. may come in handy. The shell garage at marksbury is 3 miles up the road from me and has 5 optimax pumps...so far I am the only scoobie there....
