Does anyone know if RAC Trackstar is fitted by the selling dealer or by their own fitters?

Had one put on today. Without going into detail they left certain pieces of trim damaged and ill-fitting. Obviously I am going to go back to the dealer next week but I wonder if anyone else has had a similar problem.

 

Mine was done by a Trackstar fitter at the garage before I picked mine up. There were no problems at all with the fitting. Suggest you get on the blower to Trackstar.

 

I had mine fitted by Trackstar guy who game out to my house & fit it, I checked what the guy was doing & wished I had`nt as the car was only a few days old. However once it was fitted (2hours) I checked the guys handy work & everything was fine back in place no rattles or missing bits etc.

 

Thanks for the replies, which I missed due to being away. Went back to the fitting garage who sorted it straight away. I could have taken the part out more successfully myself but I expect he was working to a time budget. Also had a problem with the unit activating every time I went over a speed bump!! That was sorted as well by Trackstar sending a new unit overnight.
