No pin number for sigma factory alarm, what to do?

Had car 3 weeks now and i have not got the pin number for the alarm.

I had mine reset in 30 secs for a fiver at in car electrics in st.albans.

The dealer should do it as they need the serial number from the ECU and contact toad. You should name and shame the dealer !
