No pin number for sigma factory alarm, what to do?

Had car 3 weeks now and i have not got the pin number for the alarm.

Dealer not interested so what can i do.

its a MY99 UK

any ideas

I had mine reset in 30 secs for a fiver at in car electrics in st.albans.

The guy there rang some support line for me & did it in no time!

The dealer should do it as they need the serial number from the ECU and contact toad. You should name and shame the dealer !
