Just another thanks to Max for more help beyond the call of duty on Saturday afternoon.
Briefly, I was having serious hot starting problems with the MY02 WRX wagon. The car would cough, then refuse to catch after leaving for a while, following a run. On Friday it let me down for over two hours before it finally coughed into life - after the RAC bloke had pronounced it the only Scoob he'd ever seen broken down.....
Eventually managed to take it to Montys in Sheffield - great service Guys (BIG THANKS!!!). Sat AM, same problem - difficulty solved by Max and Montys - simple black box replacement (forgive me if I don't elaborate).
Just to say - thanks to Max for staying at work until I got to Leeds - then spending 2 hours of his time sorting me out.
Also, thanks to Montys service chaps (especially Paul Batty!) for a second to none job under warranty - you must have sepnd the last part of Friday afternoon, plus Sat AM and lunchtime sorting me out. Hope the sight of a coughing and spluttering new Scoob didn't put off the punters on your open day!
So, anyone looking for great service as above - you know where to go!

Harry boy, you have to remember that the majority of that time was spent just chatting. We always seem to get talking about all sorts when you pop by (-: . By the way, don't mention it as I still got away from work earlier than I usually do on a saturday anyway!
