Hi all,

Think I've got an issue with the Scorpion alarm on my Sti5 TypeR.
Car has been faultless for ages, drove her up to Birmingham last Sat afternoon and then an hour later she fires up on my mates drive and runs lumpy (coughing and spluttering) for 30 secs, dies and then won't start again.
First suspect was fuel pump or relay as the injectors weren't being primed when switching ignition on.
GreenFlag came out. Fuel pump relay ok so they attempted bridging/bypassing fuel pump relay but still no joy. So relay ok but no power to fuel pump and popular theory is my 9 yr old Scorpion alarm is cutting the feed to the fuel pump.
Had to have the car recovered home to Copthorne Sunday so it's sitting sadly on my drive in need of a diagnosis and fix by someone with the proper diagnostic nouce and equipment please.
