Clifford are pretty good, but you say cheap, but they don't go hand in hand, cheap and good hard to find

So you are having radio lockout. Is there a police station in that Tesco's?
If you know your PIN code for the alarm, you just use that, for when the fob is not working.

yeah theres a fire station/police station opposite tesco. Is that what it is then? Ive tried to disarm it by using the keypad but when you open the door the siren never goes off??

Usually, or it could be stuffed anyway.
When you enter the PIN on the keypad, you should get the Beeps as if you were arming/disarming. My alarm does sound right away when I unlock the doors, you'd think it would give you a few seconds to enter the pin.
Try opening another door to see if it works on those.

Suprmarkrts are notorious for having phone masts on the roofs because the roofs are so big you cannot see them
