Sigma alarm on another car?

Will the Scooby Sigma alarm fit onto another car? I am having my clifford put in next week and the sigma taken out. One of my mate has offered to buy the old alarm, as long as it fits.

If you get the Alarm moved professionally there is no reason why this couldn't be moved over as it's a standard Sigma alarm available over the counter, just rebadged for Subaru.
