Default Clifford concept 300 Help

I have it fitted to my scoob but have a problem that is really anoying. I am trying to turn off the arm/disarm beeps. All you have to do is enter valet mode, then you hold * button for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep to tell you that the features menu is active. Trouble is there in no beep.
Anyone know whats going off?

P.S the siren is ok as it will go off in panic mode.

I think there is an option in the menu to turn the bleeps off, do you still have the user manual?
If not try here http://www.devicemanuals.com/guide/C...FNU5UUXo=.html

That normally means the code has been entered incorrectly. I am having issues with my clifford 600 not responding to my remotes when at home. It took me five attempts last night to get the valet code entered due to not pressing the switches correctly (off at a angle for example). When you enter the code don't have any other noise present so you can hear the switch click, count these not the number of times you press the switch. Hope this helps Steve
