When I set my intellistart I lock the car and engine stops.
My problem is when I start car via key fob, engine starts fine but also unlocks doors?? I still have to operate the unlock button though or alarm goes off when I insert key in ignition.
Surely the doors should not open when engine starts?
I have the lead and software to adjust things but don't see an option for this, factory defaults have been set by me btw.

have you just had it fitted or have you had it in the car for a while?

It's not liable to be a setting in the software... TBH it sounds like a fitting issue or a fault with the brain. I have done hundreds of imprezas and haven't run into anything like that before..

It sounds like the actual car rather than the alarm i'd just double check settings on the factory alarm/central locking.

Reloaded factory settings twice and now all ok ???
Oh well at least its working now again.
