Default rac track star advice

i had a tracker fitted to my sti about 6 months ago now every time i have done a test track they have found my car in seconds now yeasterday i needed to pick my car up from the garage but didnt have any one to run me down there so i took my car trailer loaded it up and drove home was expecting a phone call to say your tracker has gone off but it never came so i rang them today asked why i never got a phone call and all he said was you shouldnt of moved it as we could of called the police but i said you never even knew it was moving they said well we best do a test track but i couldnt as my car was at home in the garage so should i just not bother and stop paying my £10 a month?

what do you all think?

Ask them to do another test??

So what if its at home in the garage they found my car when it was in my garage.

if its less than 12 month old then you should get a free repair if it is faulty.

They should be able to give you the last position on record.

Thats why I love the SafeSpeed option... it runs off GPS so if its not working, nor is the GPS. Thats how I found mine not to be working.

Yeah I got 3 months back off them, plus some bank charges they caused with a messed up DD.
I have found their customer services pretty good all in

Do you use Safespeed?

Must get my new paperwork back in the post actually, start paying for the new one lol

Is the new one all sorted now then ?
