Decided to go for Blackjax, despite dealers wary of it(don't no what their doing???). Guy in Leeds sounds great but need someone closer to home ie North London. Any recommendations. Car got standard M30 Sigma. MY01

I'd recommend Wentworth, in Virginia Water.

OK, not exactly North London, but if someone mucks up the installation you're stuffed!!

As stated above, it's worth the extra travelling to find someone who has experience of Clifford installation as correct fittment is critical for a hassle free life. I had problems with my bonnet switch but with the help of Max in Leeds, it's sorted now. I have never heard a bad word said about any of his work and he has helped me out even though he didn't fit it for me.

Wentworth radio in Virginia Water has stopped dealing with Clifford alarms. Enquired myself & am now going to visit Max in Leeds.

Bit to far for me to go Leeds, unless Blackjax can be fitted in the same day so I can get home. So still need closer dealer. HELP!

Blackjax can be fitted in the same day, as it's not that complex a system. It's not like fitting a cat 1 - give Max a bell if you're really lucked out locally.

I have heard good things about Car Electronics in Leicester, too, which is a bit closer for you. No personal experience tho.

Decided to go to Max in new year as he seems to be the only one to trust from what everyone has said. Thanks for your help guys. Cheers.

Sorry for the Duff into about Wentworth, haven't been there for a while.

The Car Hi-Fi Centre in Cheltenham are who I've used most recently
