Question sigma alarm

i have a sigma m30 alarm i have got all settings going well for me but the only one that baffles me is that when i arm the system the doors lock and the windows start to shut but stop 2inches from the top. so in affect i got to disarm then rearm again to fully close the window. I know its a minor problem, but i cant think how i can change it.
Cheers

depends if the window closer works on a timed output or on current drain. either way it should be fairly straight forward to reprogram it to work properly.

As wannaB4 says, it depends how the system is set up and whether the window closer module being used has a built-in thermal-trip:

Usually the "press and hold" output on wire 4 is used to activate a window closer unit. The output to lift the window continues aslong as you keep the Radio Key button pressed when arming the alarm - this method is preferred for safety as you have to actively close the windows.

Alternatively, only if the window closer unit being used has a built-in thermal-trip, then the output on wire 3 (produced whilst the alarm is armed) can be used with the window closer unit automatically stopping when the windows reach the top and the motors encounter resistance.

I would suspect that it is the later that you have and perhaps the windows are starting to stick in the rubbers within the window guides, causing increased resistance, and this is causing the thermal-trip in the window closer unit to activate prematurely.
The M30 system does not have a timer adjustment for these outputs, although it is possible that a separate AC05 Timer unit may have been added that has adjustment on a "pot" for 0-30 seconds.

Try lubricating the rubbers with some Silicone spray as a first measure before looking at adjusting the AC05, as I would assume that this had been set correctly at install and so should not have changed.
