Default Clifford concept 500 problem !

Hello,

Firstly i dont own/drive a subaru, I've got a Mitsubishi Shogun S.W.B. 3.0 V6.
I know what your saying, "well whats he doing in here ?" I'm hoping you can offer me some help/ advice on my Alarm System.
It'a Clifford concept 500 it was fitted new to the vehicle in Oct 2001, a long time before i owned it, i've only had the car 6 months.
The problem is, today after locking it up i went to get back in it about an hour later, pressed the button on the fob - nothing happened, dead fob battery i thought, so i got the replacement and that would not work aswell.
I could get in the vehicle using the key, no problem there, but even after putting the code in i could not start it.
Tried to reset all to factory default and tried again, nothing.
Then pressed the arm/disarm on the fob twice and alarm went off, then tried everything to stop it, inc disconnecting battery, it still carried on.
After trying various combinations of things it stopped.
The alarm now works as it should do, as though nothing happened.
Both fobs work aswell.
Has anyone experienced this with thier Clifford ?
And can anyone tell me where to get the key fob batteries from ?

Thank you.
