Default Toad Ai606 Chirp/Beep

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the Ai606 to chirp/beep when activated/deactivated?

Cheers,

Steve.

does it sound when triggered? Common fault on the 606 is for the siren to pack up totally.

Yeah - only just had it installed and everything works fine.

It has to be adjusted through the settings mode, but i'm not sure of the combination of buttons to press and don't want to enter random combinations and mess it up.

I tried doing it over the phone with the installer but had no luck? he was supposed to be emailing the instructions but must have forgot!

Just though I'd ask on here aswell.

Thanks

I have sent you a PM, please get an installer to test the programing procedure with my recommendations and let me know of the outcome.

That is correct but you should have been given the option of beep or no beep
I offer that to my customers

I am afraid it was not actually the procedure I forwarded onto him it was a couple of suggestions to pass onto the original installer/dealer of what to look for if any difficulties are encountered when trying to programme any settings on the Toad AI606. Sorry I could not be of more assistance to yourself but the programming information for this particular security information is confidential information and only the approved Toad dealers and engineers have access to this, so if you do require any settings changing on your system my advice would be to pop down to your local dealer or go back to whoever originally installed the system - as these should give the option of various settings when the system is installed (As has already been implied in a previous thread from MR TOAD INSTALLER). If you do not know where your nearest Toad dealer is if you contact the Sales department on 0870 417 7795 and select option 3 and provide them with your address details they will in turn let you know of the where-a-bouts of your nearest Toad dealer.

Sorry I am unable to help any further, following the above advice however would enable yourself to get any changes made and as for the programming procedures - it should only take a couple of minutes to adjust any settings on the system itself.

Regards

Mike.N
