Is the Scooby 60 degree seat as well? If so the lockers I've already got will fit on.

Depends which model you have. I bought the McGard ones (£29.99, Halfords) for my '05 STI and had to take them back because they do stick out a long way. Instead I called a Subaru dealer and ordered 'locking wheel nuts for an '05 STI' for about £27 - and they arrived in a Subaru bag with McGard stamped on the key! The new ones are a much better fit.

Phone the dealer and ask, 'would the MY05 STI wheel nuts fit my MY00?' at the same time as you ask whether or not they're in stock!

I got mine from Bell & Colvill, they were in stock and went in the post the same day.
