Cancelled my policy with them last march.......Car got trailed back from the 'ring' in August and when she came off the boat at Dover we got a call from RAC saying they were about to call the poice coz my car was at the docks and looked like it was about to be shipped abroad. I explained why etc and said I dont have a policy with you though. They replied that when a customer cancels they keep it going for a good few months before they turn it off........Bargain

Took me 4 weeks to get certificate off RAC Trackstar after buying a new O4 STI. They lost the first set of forms then took ages to send the certificate to me. I was calling them everyday and everyday someone at RAC would tell me not to worry as my car was insured, of course my insurance company said 'No it ain't'

Still not got mine after six months. Took them three months to supply me with the numbers to ring if it goes walkies. I don't bother them anymore as its an uphill battle to get them to do anything.

Ring Laura Orange - 01234 759419 (direct line)

She is the only person in that organisation that actually has the ability to get anything done!

I phoned them a while back to check if my tracker worked, they gave me the road it was on. They also went into great detail on how the thing worked, the guy was very helpful.
I renewed a couple of weeks back and they sent a reciept with my details on and the expiry date.
It is true that they continue to track your car for a while even if you have not renewed, just in case you have forgotten.

I was impressed with the service.
I called 08081009991 during business hours.
