Question Turbo timers + Alarms do they mix?

Hi folks, just about to get a turbo timer but want to know if they work with an alarm. The alarm i have fitted is a Toad Ai606. I've heard of people having problems with the alarm when fitting a timer,is there a turbo timer that works with an alarm? or is there a certain way to wire it up?

Not entirely sure to be honest.
Although i know that my Cobra alarm wont work when my Turbo timer is on, i have to lock the car using the key.

Not really ideal.

Default Clifford Alarms

I had a Clifford alarm on my old Scoob which had a turbo timer built in. Its very handy as you can activate the timer from the alarm remote! You can also get "Intelli Start" which allows you to start the engine from the alarm remote, handy for warming up the scoob. Oh how I miss my mine.

it's not impossible, but better to wait around the car, wait for it to die then alarm the car, just to be sure.

There are ways of wiring alarms up so they do not cause problems when your turbo timer is active. Any good installer should be able to work it out.

i had a clifford concept 600 with remote start, that worked 100% as a turbo timer, you got out locked car and engine stayed on for however long you choose. then shuts down in neutral, and allows you to start it when your walkign towards it also.

if you have an uplink cable, you can use your laptop and configure it and quite a few other clifford settings
