Does anyone know the model number of the Cobra CAT2 Immobiliser fitted as standard to the MY96 models, also is it possible to obtain a new installation certificate for it.

Mr insurance wants to know!!

Sorry, don't know the exact model#. You could give Ital Audio a try. They are Cobra here in the UK.

Apparently it is the Cobra 0802 T. Since the installation certificate has to be issued by the installer I'd imagine you would need to track down who ever fitted it for Subaru? However any vehicle security company can re-inspect the installation and issue with a new certificate but will charge a fee.
