Default Your car is at risk - Please read.

I have recently read that a lot of cars are managing to get their front ends stolen (bumper, lights, etc.) this could be quite expensive.
This is not as much of a shock when I realised my front bonnet pin for my car alarm didn't work. it was so corroded and dirty that it wasn't doing it's job.
Test yours (if you have one), don't assume it works.

You could also buy a "closed loop" sensor, which can protect things like your bumpers. If the item was removed the alarm would trigger!
