Default Clifford Concept 50 Help Needed

Hi,

Round a friends house the other night and his door got kicked in by 3 hooded scumbags. They got my keys and wallet. Failed to get the car though!

But they now know were I live and have my keys.

Have deleted the key from the cars memory but they still have the alarm remote.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the stolen remote from the alarms memory?

Thanks.

Default Confused

Thanks for your help but I don't have a (*) button on my remote. Just 4 plain buttons on top and one on the side, no markings on them.

Which is the (*) button?

Thanks.

Default Clarification

The above instructions refer to a G4 product, the correct procedure is as follows;

The system doesn't have an "erase all feature" so you will need to code your existing remote in 4 times to push the old code out of the non volatile memory.

Program a remote....

Turn ignition on and enter your code through the valet switch.
Then immediatley start pressing the momentry side of the swich 10 times, the siren will not chirp the first three presses but will the last 7 so count the presses not the chirps. then transmit button 1(big one at top) siren will chirp to confirm it has received. Repeat this another 3 times to push the old remote out.

Hope this helps
