Disabling Ultrasonics

Anybody know how to switch off the ultrasonics on the Sigma M30 alarm fitted to MY99?
Tried to leave the windows open slightly (too avoid dry roasting when getting back in later)but the alarm triggered in the works car park. I heard that you can switch off the sensors. Any help appreciated.

You can turn them off for one alarm arming by pressing the keyfob button whilst the igntion is still on. The LED above will flash once.
When you alarm the car as normal the indicators will flash 7 times to show the sonics are off.
