Question

Afternoon all.

Got a good one for you.

Got Autowatch 160RiL and it's got the interior (ultrasonic?) protection thing to check for movement inside the car.

How do I know that these are wired up and working? I've sat in the car and pressed the remote, which locks the doors and arms the alarm. I've then moved about but the alarm does not seem to go off.

I did get a list of codes from someone to turn on/off certain features, and there was confusion over one of them, (turn off/on chirps) as I said it did not work, so it's possible that I've turned off the interior protection.

Anyone want to tell me how I can test that the interior protection is setup and working? anyone know the code to enable disable it?

Testing - Open the windows, set the alarm. It should go off after a few minutes. Mine does if i leave the window(s) open.

Some alarms won't arm if they can still sense movement in the car i.e. Dog.

Best thing like said above, leave windows open for a couple of mins and then go back and stick your arm through the window should set it off...

(spelle cheacker and i stille nead t0 eddit???)
