Guys,
Does anyone know if the key fob range of the standard alarm fitted to the wrx03 can be increased?
I have to stand with the key pressed against the windscreen for it to work.
I don't think it's the battery because it happens with both fobs.

Buy two batterys, one for each fob

 

Mine works from about 20ft,yours must be faulty

 

Take the car back to the dealer and ask 'em to check the antenna location.

There's a strong chance they'll tell you it's interference from mobile phone masts, so make sure you've tested this in many locations first

 

Mine is the same - only works when im stood next to the car.

Could be a security feature so it dosent open when it gets pressed in your pocket.
