Put Superlock on my MY01 last night for the first time, option 9 on the alarm, but I am having problems turning it off. I am not sure if it is the way I am trying to turn it off or whether the previous owner changed the pin code, which I stupidly did not check first.

Anyone used this feature and can explain how to turn it off. Email me if you do no want to post here.

Finally resolved. Got Subaru Assist to take the car on the back of a trailer to local Alarm fitter who reset the module. The alarm code (must have) been changed by the previous owner and this info had not been passed onto the garage I bought the car from.

Do you think I should claim the cost of the reset from the garage I purchased the car from?

Have YOU checked YOUR code recently? Might be worth checking now if you have never checked it!
