Replace single zone proximity sensor with dual zone?

I've currently got a Clifford Concept 300 with the standard single zone sensor, can I simply buy the dual zone one and do a straight swap over or is there more to it than that?
If it *is* that easy, anyone know how much the dual zone one costs?
