Every time i lock the car i get 8 flashes (sensers not activated mode for leaving dog wife etc in the car) zap to unlock & zap again to get 4 flashes and sensers activated.Any ideas or help?

Could be a sticking Bonnet catch.
That flashes 8 times as last trigger check, according to the M30 Engineers Manual.
