I've just had this installed on my nice new WRX. All I got was a direct debit form, and a number to ring it the car was nicked.

Do I need to tell Tracker the car is equipped, and do you need to do anything with it? The garage said there was a manual, but it isn't with the car...

When I had mine installed by Tracker, they left the fitting sheet saying everything else in the car still works and a certificate (which you need to send to and get cheaper insurance from your insurance company) saying it has been fitted. I think the first year was included (could be wrong) then the DD form is for following years?

Still not sure to this day if it worked or not but at least no one has had a go at my car. Picking up my new WRX on Tuesday and getting Monitor fitted also. Did the £449 + £299 life cover! ouch

You should have a folder and registration card is usually sent on in the post.

Thanks for that - Tracker say the system is working. All I need to do is tell them if I go on holiday without the car.

Can't find any sign of it being installed anywhere, so I hope its not just vapourware...
