I've only got one key for my UK turbo, one of the transponder immobiliser types built into the key and the red flashing light on the dash with the key logo.
Where can I buy a new blank key with transponder (guessing it will have to be a dealer?) and how do I then program the transponder so it will start the car? Also is it possible to erase old keys in case there are any "doing the rounds" from before I got the car?

Not owning a scoob I don't know exact costs but I saw a post recently about a Clio 172 driver who had to get a new key cut. Yeah I know its not quite the same as a scooby but he had to take a trip to the dealer and empty his pockets of £195, this included the cost of a key and the setup between the key and the immobiliser.
I'd suggest contacting a local dealer.
