thanks for the warm welcome so far, i will get some pics up tonight.
spec as far as im aware is:
Bbs ch002 18x8.5 et30
AST coilovers
Lift kit
Caster kit
Whiteline adjustable ARBs front and rear
Alu radiator
Eclipse performance silicone hose kit
DoLuck panel filter
Milltek turbo back exhaust with sports cats
Ecutek piggy back and remap (347bhp iirc)
Im needing bushes for rear arb, think they are 22mm what do you's reccomend? reason i need is there seems to be a wee knocking coming from rear of the car so im doing this first as been advised by andrew@automek. Im hoping its not the coilovers broke!
Im planning on doing timing belt soon, can anyone point me in the right direction for getting the timing belt kit with tensioner, as far as im aware its quite costly?
Its just had new tyres fitted & clutch, ive booked it in for wheel alignment on monday.
I would like to get it remapped & boost turned up.
Looking for a BOV for it also, any reccomendations?
Once car is mapped, rear knocking diagnosed i will be enjoying car for a short while then see if im going to go mad with it, would ideally like it running 400/400, i wasnt even planning on getting another modified car but couldnt resist myself.
Problem i have is my mate has a 2.5 short block, 800cc injectors & a 20g turbo sitting in his garage, so tempting.

Stick to a recirc valve, as the gear changes and general driving is much more pleasant. Go for a Forge.
Knocking from rear is usually the standard shocks on your age of car, but as it's coilovers, it could be numerous things.
Leave getting it mapped till you've decided what route to go. I LOVE the 2.5, but unless you need to go that way, i'd leave the 2 litre in there for now and get that 20g off your mate.
As for the timing belt, most just buy the cheapest they can find, as they're ment to be all made buy the same company...not sure about this tbh, but i haven't heard of a cheapo failing. I always change the tensioner to the classic scoob hydraulic style.

Im needing the bushes for the rear arb's so doing them first before taking shocks off the car, who does the whiteline bushes i need?
How much is the 20g worth so i can haggle my mate, lol
Do you know if anyone does the timing belt with tensioner kit together & same again wheres cheapest to get from.
Sorry for all the questions.

IIRC there was a sales guy direct from Whiteline in Scotland, but you'd need to Google that yourself.
20g....as cheap as you can get it for. Check the for sale section on here and that will give you a clue. Think they've came down a mega amount in value since the last time i was buying them/fitting them. Maybe around £400 now or even less...
I'd just go on Ebay and check for a kit. Tensioner is dearest bit, at around £80 IIRC.

Tensioner...

Mark at ICP is a good guy, so you can trust his gear.
Try used on Ebay or here for the Forge recirc.

That's very nice m8. Love those wheels.
There are loads of 20g turbos on ebay for less than £300 new but most are cheap imported units. If your m8 has one of andy forrest's it will work better and be worth a wee bit more. £350 to £400 seems a good price.
Camskill is a good site for bits also.
Enjoy, Johnny.
