Have eventually managed to get some success with my crappy running problems - car got its 22.5k service at AWD today and Dave fired it on the Select monitor and did a reset which seems to have cured the problems (fingers crossed).

Left Perth and gave it the message along the A9 (with one eye on the speed cameras) - what a difference! It think this was what my car was supposed to feel like! Instead of feeling v flat when on boost it just keeps on pulling - was so pleased I took a minor detour via Sheriffmuir and did a bit of pretend rallying across the moors (was going to add a bit about scaring the sheep but thought I'd leave that to the locals )

Car also sounds a bit different too with a nice bit of extra noise when letting off the throttle - plus what sounded like a bit of flamage from the exhaust.

Well chuffed - hope it keeps up

Deffo Pete - should hopefully have my Link fitted and mapped by then too - roll on the next RR day

It already feels so much quicker than previously - what a difference Added 10 bottles of Millers onto my service as well to see what difference running octance booster would have. Yet to fire any in as only had 1/4 tank left at AWD. All gone by time I got to Stirling
