In june i bought his classic impreza from him and it was to have the cherished transfer removed, i have still not received a new registration certificate and have been unsucessful in contacting him through email, and he has not been answering his phone,

can anyone shed any light on this?

Can't say i've seen him about at all tbh.

He always seemed legit to me. Maybe on holiday just now or somethings happened? I'm sure it'll be fine anyway mate.

Maybe try phoning DVLA to see if they can do anything about it?

tried the dvla, would have to apply for a cert. of export etc which could take god knows how many months, and the car is out of tax at the end of the month. have been phoning now for a couple of weeks, and his mobile is not on a foreign ring tone,

I am now getting an international ring tone, after the phone being switched off yesterday, so obviously he is just ignoring me!
