sam dont labour your engine to much i am running my new engine in my skyline and was told to rev the engine now and again up to 6000 revs but the skyline revs to 8000 revs when run in maybe not a good thing for you but i would ask someone because it may not be a good thing keeping below 4500revs just my 2pence worth.

interesting
i have been told to rev it to 4000rpm until 500miles and then go to 4500rpm there after until you get to the 1000miles. me personaly i think it is just a lot of crap. the japanese use the metric system so you should only run it in to the first 1000km which is 600miles i think. obviously to make it easier in here they say the first 1000miles
skyline is it r34 v spec ? if it is you lucky ******* i just could not afford one , plus i could not find any at all when i was looking for a car
