So you'll know where to find a "minted" Terzo and you know it's minted!
Too slow off the mark, John; sold on Thursday.

Question

Has anyone used the above company?? There is a good possibilty I'll be buying a car from them.I live just outside London (sorry!!!) and just want to know they are a reliable and honest company, 'cause it's a long way to travel if they are a bunch of sharks.
Any comments (good, bad or indifferent) gladly accepted.

Cheers,

Ed

I use them , their service is very good. A friend of mine has just bought a new My01 from them. He travelled to many dealers including as far away as Kendal and S&S gave the best deal.

No hesitation in recommending them

You could get a cheap flight from Stansted for £20 to Prestwick which is only a couple of miles from S&S ?

I'll answer that by saying that I do a 160 mile round trip to have my car serviced at S&S when there is another dealer 15 minutes away and another half an hour away.

John is great, you won't go wrong with them.

Andrew.

Lo Ed

I will agree with the 2 of above as well.

He did us a great deal as well and the servicing is never a problem i trust there work. He know's if i could afford a P1 he would have a sale, they are a family company and would look after u.

Myself and Alan arranged for a weast coast meet throught the bbs we had a good turn out,we ended at S+S for coffee and cake and they were willing to talk to ever one. We managed to get it in true grip as well so if you read that we have said just about the same.

they also take SIDC card for services as well 10% is better in your own pocket.

Just tell him i told you.

I bought my my00 turbo from them a few months back. Also had a service there a couple of weeks ago. Nice folks, good service, no problems at all. Was also sorely tempted by the P1 they're selling!

And I can take the twisty route there and back...

I use them all the time for my sport. Had loads of wee niggling issues with the car ( didin't get it from them) but they were very helpful in solving them.

Friendly folk, modern premises. good selection of motors.

Found them to be very good , my brother and I both get our cars serviced there , 50 mile round trip when we have two dealers much closer.Mechanics seem to be very good and look after your car,I know because I wait with the car and also accompany them on the statutary road test after servicing.

Drive.

They keep contacting me with great new offers, and they keep trying to get me to take a test drive. I think they want to convert me to a Scoob...........

Excellant garage, top notch reputation, friendly and professional staff, who know what we want from our cars.

I would just like to say that S & S is probably one of the best Dealerships I've been to. I'm onto my 4th car (3RD Subaru) and the deals he dishes out are offers you've just got to take.

Steve99/Dougie mind that P1 they had for sale?

IT'S MINE NOW! .

And if anyone who wishes to buy a minted Terzo on very, very low miles, S & S has one in. If you wish to find out more about it, you can ask me! .

Thanks Robertio.

I don't think Dougie will be too happy though as he enquired about the car just a few hours after I bought the car.

Nice to hear from you. Haven't seen you for ages!

The thing about RB5? That's a long story. Lets put it this way, it would've costed MORE than a P1 to get all the things I wanted done on it.

And the Escort Cossie? I wasted a lot of time looking at sheds but claimed to be "minted" and "showroom condition". In the end my mate and my brother talked me out of an Escort and to stick with what I've got. But I wanted something new for Christmas and at that moment, the P1 came in.

Also to the fact that John offered me a trade-in price for my Terzo that I just couldn't refuse!

So you'll know where to find a "minted" Terzo and you know it's minted!

Alter_ego are you sure?

I only saw it yesterday! If so, do you the guy who bought it? I'm very curious to see who bought it just to make sure he's a fellow fanatic and look after her.

Well, it had a private plate, G 5 HEK , The_Gza said it was gone and Ed (thecirsch) said that he had bought it on the thread I quoted above.
No, I don't know him.

Gordon,

It's definitley gone mate - thecirsch flew up from London to buy it and beat me to it - he might be coming back up to take it home next week or something which is maybe why it's still there?

Seems like it's going to a good home though

Wee run? Nae bother! I just can't wait to put it on the rollers!

T-uk

Does bears sh*te in the woods? Of course I'm going to put the mongoose on the P1 along with other goodies like:

18" P1 WRC alloys.
Induction Kit (maybe).
Clear Rear Lenses.
Heads Up Display.
"A" pillar pods.
"G 5HEK" number plate.

Not too sure about the Induction Kit cause it's a wee bit too loud. Also I don't want to take it to the extreme and blow something up.

I would recommend S+S to any one. I purchased my97 turbo from them had a couple of problems but they were always there to help, especially john. They also fitted my HUD and my mongoose inc d/p,
soon they will be fitting my HKS racing suction kit.
